[ ] 4. Create one honest work sample using public or authorised material.

[ ] 5. Contact a small number of relevant prospects with a personal message.

[ ] 6. Track replies and adjust your offer rather than promising guaranteed income.

[ ] 7. Use AI to assist drafting and organisation, then check accuracy and rights yourself.

[ ] 8. Keep client data private and agree before recording or using third-party AI.

[ ] 9. Check invoicing, registration and tax obligations with an appropriate accountant.
