[ ] 2. Ask who performs each part and who is responsible for the result.

[ ] 3. List included work, exclusions, official costs and recurring charges.

[ ] 4. Record currency, quotation date, payment stages and cancellation terms.

[ ] 5. Separate an estimate from a commitment or authority decision.

[ ] 6. Ask whether an introduction involves a referral fee or commission.

[ ] 7. Confirm any referral discount in writing before relying on it.

[ ] 8. Write unresolved questions and who can verify each answer independently.

[ ] 9. Choose a next step and keep the proposal privately for review.
