Tus datos
Una solicitud envía tus datos de contacto y respuestas a Ties Jezuit. Los expedientes, mensajes, documentos y solicitudes de cita de tu cuenta se almacenan en el servidor. Solo el cliente correspondiente y el administrador autorizado pueden acceder al expediente.
Finalidad y acceso
Utilizamos estos datos para atender tu consulta y organizar el acompañamiento acordado. Comparte solo información necesaria. No subas documentos de identidad u otros archivos sensibles hasta que se haya acordado claramente.
Consultas sobre cuenta y privacidad
Una cookie de sesión necesaria mantiene tu sesión abierta hasta ocho horas. Puedes cerrar sesión y cambiar tu contraseña. Para acceder, rectificar o eliminar datos, o consultar los plazos de conservación, contacta con Ties a través de la página de contacto o tu canal habitual.
No hay coincidencia por solicitud
Una solicitud o una cuenta no constituye un contrato de servicios. El alcance, el precio y las condiciones del acompañamiento se acuerdan por separado y con antelación. El administrador crea las solicitudes de pago; el sitio no realiza cargos automáticos.
PDF guides: clear terms before purchase
Before purchase, we confirm the title, edition, language, contents, price, delivery and applicable terms. The guide helps you orient yourself and prepare questions; current requirements and specialist issues must be checked separately. A purchased document is linked to your private case and becomes downloadable after confirmed payment. Share it only under the agreed usage rights.
Payment statements and invoices
A portal payment statement shows the amount and administrator-confirmed status. It is not a statutory tax invoice. Request the applicable invoice directly from Ties. Third-party costs and any taxes are explained separately in the proposal.
