GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions.
Clear answers.

Practical answers about conversations, audits, travel, agreements, privacy, and what to expect from the guidance. Choose the route that fits your question.

Orientation

01Do I need to have decided to move already?

No. You can begin by exploring your options. An enquiry helps identify which question to answer first.

Calls and audits

02Can I request a call if I am not sure what I need yet?

Yes. Choose a strategy call and describe what is on your mind in one or two sentences. You do not need a complete plan, documents, or figures.

03What happens in a one-to-one call?

We discuss your main question, what you already know, and the decisions ahead. After reviewing your request, you will receive the scope, price, and terms. The call is scheduled only after it is confirmed.

04How should I prepare for a strategy call?

Share your main question and, if useful, the topic you want to prioritise. You do not need to provide a phone number, income details, asset values, or documents with your enquiry.

05What is the difference between a call and an audit?

A call explores topics and helps set direction. An audit or personal plan is a scoped written assessment with an agreed outcome. The proposal will state exactly what is and is not included.

06What information is needed for an audit?

Start with the question you want answered. Mention relevant countries, businesses, or structures only if needed. Do not enter exact amounts, account numbers, passwords, or identity documents in the public form.

Privacy and data

07Do I have to share my income or assets?

No. Financial and personal details are optional. Leave a field blank or say you would rather discuss it later. If this information becomes necessary for an agreed assignment, you will first be told why and how to share it appropriately.

08Can I change or withdraw my enquiry?

Yes. Contact Ties through the email address or channel used in the response and include your reference if available.

09How is my information stored?

Submitted enquiries are stored in the website case system so they can be reviewed and followed up. Only share information needed for your question.

10Can I send confidential documents through the form?

Please do not. The public form is for basic contact details and a short description. If documents are needed, Ties will agree a suitable secure route first.

Travel

11Can I request a trip to Paraguay on its own?

Yes. A tailored trip can be requested independently of a move or residency process.

12How long can my trip be?

You can indicate your preferred dates or duration. The form does not impose a fixed trip length. We will review practical feasibility and availability afterwards.

13What should I include in a travel enquiry?

A general period or duration, the number of travellers if known, and what you want to experience or explore are enough. You do not need to provide ticket details, passport numbers, or sensitive personal information.

14Does a travel enquiry count as a booking?

No. You will first receive a review and proposal. A booking is made only after scope, price, availability, terms, and the required confirmation have been agreed.

Prices and agreements

15Will I receive a final trip price immediately?

Not always. Price can depend on duration, group size, transport, accommodation, itinerary, and guidance. You will receive a proposal listing the agreed elements and costs.

16Does an enquiry create a contract or payment obligation?

No. An enquiry is an initial request for contact. Ties will review whether the request fits the guidance offered. You decide whether to proceed after receiving a clear proposal with scope, price, and terms.

17How is the price of guidance determined?

The price reflects the agreed scope, preparation, duration, and any involvement of external professionals. The proposal sets out the price and terms in advance.

18When can I book a call?

A call is requested and reviewed first. If Ties accepts the request, you will receive the next steps for scheduling and any payment.

19How can I pay?

Available payment methods and the payment reference are listed in your proposal or payment request. Use only the details provided for your case.

20I uploaded proof of payment. Can we start now?

An uploaded receipt does not automatically confirm payment. The status remains under review until receipt is verified; the agreed next step then appears in your portal.

Residency and specialist support

21Can Ties help with a residency application?

The site offers practical preparation and coordination. If a formal application or specialist legal action is needed, the responsible qualified professional and their scope will be identified in advance.

22Is residency guaranteed?

No. The relevant government authority decides each application. Guidance or document submission does not guarantee approval.

23Does Ties provide legal or tax advice?

Guidance focuses on orientation, preparation, and coordination. Legal, tax, and other specialist questions should be handled by a suitably qualified professional.

24Can Ties arrange a bank account, passport, or local documents?

Ties can help you understand the steps and coordinate with relevant providers. Issuing authorities and providers make their own decisions; no outcome is guaranteed.

Portal and support

25Where can I find my messages and documents?

If you have a client account, sign in to the secure portal. Access is by personal invitation. Do not send sensitive documents through public social channels.

26What if my request is outside the guidance offered?

Ties will explain this during the review and, where possible, clarify which type of qualified provider may be relevant. A referral is not a guarantee of availability or outcome.

27Where should I report a technical issue, payment question, or complaint?

Use the contact form and choose the relevant topic. Include your case reference if you have one, but do not include passwords or full payment details.

28How quickly will I receive a response?

Response times can vary with availability and the nature of the request. You will receive an acknowledgement when the enquiry is successfully submitted.

Couldn’t find your answer?

Send a short description through the form. Ties will review whether an answer, conversation, or another next step fits best.
