Payment and delivery: what happens after your enquiry
Start with your question. Before you pay, receive a written proposal describing the work, price, currency, timing and responsibilities. An enquiry is not a purchase.

1. Agree on the actual service
For a call, agree the duration, meeting channel and subject. For a written plan, agree its contents, format, delivery date and any follow-up. For residency coordination or a trip, distinguish Ties’s work from official fees, translations, transport, accommodation and work performed by independent providers.
Your call summary and optional report
A strategy call includes a short written summary and prioritised to-do list. Agree the delivery timing before confirming the appointment. If you want a fuller report, specify the questions, research depth, format and review arrangements in advance; any additional fee belongs in the written proposal. A summary is not a promise of ongoing support.
2. Receive case-specific payment instructions
Bank transfer or cryptocurrency can be discussed when arranging the service. Use only the method and receiving details confirmed in your individual payment request. This page deliberately contains no unverified bank account or wallet address. Never pay a stranger who contacts you after seeing your public enquiry.
From an enquiry to agreed delivery.
Written agreement
Confirm scope, price, currency and responsibilities.
Verified payment
Use the instructions confirmed for your case.
Agreed delivery
An appointment, document or access follows its agreed conditions.
A visual overview, not a promise of approval, availability or a particular outcome.
Bank transfers
Check the beneficiary, currency, reference and total amount against the agreed request. Ask who pays transfer and conversion costs. A transfer can take time to arrive; sending a receipt is not the same as confirming cleared funds. Keep the reference so the payment can be matched to your case.
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency
Before sending, confirm that this method is accepted for your case, the exact asset, network, address, quoted amount, quote expiry and treatment of network fees. A token on one network is not interchangeable with the same name on another network. Transfers may be irreversible. Never share a seed phrase or private key. Agree the refund denomination and exchange-rate treatment in writing first.
3. Confirm receipt and arrange delivery
Once receipt is verified, the agreed next step can be scheduled or released. A payment screenshot alone does not trigger approval. Calls require a confirmed appointment; an application still depends on the authority; a trip requires agreed dates and provider availability.
4. Use your private portal
Where access is activated, your portal brings together messages, documents, tasks, payment status and available purchased downloads. A PDF appears only when the relevant product and access have been assigned. A library screen does not mean that every proposed guide is already available for sale.
Changes, cancellations and questions
Check the service terms before payment, including rescheduling, cancellation, third-party costs and any applicable consumer rights. If something is unclear, ask through the contact form or [email protected] with your case reference. Do not send full card details or wallet credentials.
Put your question into a practical next step.
Describe what you are trying to decide. We agree the appropriate scope and price before you commit. A question does not create a booking or payment obligation.
