Your information
An application sends your contact details and answers to Ties Jezuit. Cases, messages, documents and appointment requests in your client account are stored on the server. Only the relevant client and authorised administrator can access the case.
Purpose and access
We use this information to handle your question and organise agreed guidance. Share only necessary information. Do not upload identity documents or other sensitive files until this has been clearly agreed.
Account and privacy questions
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours. You can sign out and change your password. For access, correction, deletion or questions about retention periods, contact Ties through the contact page or your usual contact channel.
Reviews and photos
For a review, we store your chosen public name, rating, text and optional photo for moderation and publication with your permission. A submission remains private until an administrator publishes it. Use the contact page to request a correction or withdrawal from publication. Photos are resized and stripped of their original file metadata before upload.
No match by request
An application or account is not a service agreement. The scope, price and terms of guidance are agreed separately in advance. Payment requests are created by the administrator; the site does not automatically debit money.
Newsletter and email
For the newsletter, we store your email address, chosen language, consent date and confirmation status. Your subscription becomes active only after email confirmation. Unsubscribe through the link or [email protected]. The website queues application and newsletter confirmations for delivery through the configured PeyMail connection. Delivery depends on the working server configuration. Application notifications go to [email protected]; your detailed case remains in the portal.
YouTube videos
The interview player loads only after you press play. Your browser then connects to YouTube, whose data practices also apply. You can also watch directly on YouTube.
Guides, tasks and administration
Your personal tasks and purchased guides are linked to your case. The administrator can record payment requests and accounting records. Only the case owner and authorised administrator can download that case’s guides; the associated payment must be confirmed.
