GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions.
Clear answers.

Practical answers about conversations, audits, travel, agreements, privacy, and what to expect from the guidance. Choose the route that fits your question.

Bolivia and choosing a base

01Will Bolivia suit my everyday life?

Compare your preferred climate, altitude, work routine, transport and social life. An exploratory visit should include ordinary weekdays, not only sightseeing. Start with the Bolivia guide and use a call to identify your own priorities.

02How do I choose a Bolivian city or neighbourhood?

Shortlist places against your needs for housing, reliable internet, healthcare access and community. Test the neighbourhood at different times before making a long rental commitment. The Bolivia guide compares several city lifestyles.

03How much should I budget for a move?

Separate recurring living costs from flights, deposits, paperwork, professional fees and an emergency reserve. Use a dated estimate with explicit assumptions; a provider budget is not a promise of what your household will spend.

04Can I get help with bureaucracy and trusted local contacts?

Ask for the exact task, responsible person, price and next milestone in writing. Ties can help organise your questions and an agreed coordination plan; local professional availability and any introduction must be confirmed.

05How do I build a social life after relocating?

Allow time for language practice, recurring activities and local friendships. A neighbourhood that fits your routine matters more than a long list of one-off introductions. Discuss community interests when planning an exploratory visit.

06Is Bolivia residency the same process as Paraguay residency?

No. Each country has its own routes and documentary rules. Begin with your nationality, purpose and planned stay, then obtain the current route-specific checklist from the relevant authority or qualified professional.

Residency and documents

07What is the difference between residency, a cédula and citizenship?

Residency concerns permission to stay. A cédula is an identity document. Citizenship and a passport are separate matters. Do not assume that receiving one automatically grants the others or universal visa-free travel.

08Can all the appointments happen on one trip?

A provider may coordinate filing appointments during one visit, but filing and approval are different stages. Confirm attendance, document collection, return travel and delivery arrangements before booking non-refundable flights.

09Is a quoted residency timeline guaranteed?

No. Ask which stage the estimate covers and what happens if additional documents or appointments are required. Travel, submission, approval and collection should have separate planning milestones.

10Who handles apostilles and translations?

Your written proposal should identify which documents you obtain yourself and which tasks the provider coordinates. Confirm expiry dates, original-document handling and accepted translations before paying for paperwork.

11How do I compare residency packages fairly?

Compare the same route and household size. Request a breakdown of official fees, translations, appointments, identity documents, follow-up, travel and exclusions. A lower headline price may cover fewer tasks.

12What if two providers give different answers?

Record the exact claim, date and route. Ask each provider for the current official basis and resolve the discrepancy before proceeding. Treat a marketing FAQ as an introduction, not a substitute for a current checklist.

13Can you coordinate residency in Bolivia as well as Paraguay?

Yes. Choose Paraguay, Bolivia or both in the residency enquiry. Paraguay is my main base and the focus of my local support. For Bolivia, we agree the preparation work and appropriate local professional before you commit. Your proposal identifies who handles documents, appointments and follow-up. My preparation fee is separate from official fees and independent professional work unless expressly included.

Banking and international planning

14Does a residence permit automatically end my old tax obligations?

No. Immigration permission and tax residence are separate assessments. Review your departure, income sources, business and continuing ties with professionals responsible for the countries involved before relying on a tax outcome.

15Can a provider guarantee a bank account?

Banks decide their own onboarding. Ask what identity, address, residency and source-of-funds evidence they require. An introduction or assistance with an application is not guaranteed acceptance.

16What should I do if I lose banking access?

Keep the bank notice and transaction records, ask for the review or complaint procedure, and arrange lawful alternative access where eligible. Never misstate your residence or use another person’s account to bypass checks.

17Can I compare countries beyond Paraguay and Bolivia?

Yes, as an initial planning exercise. Define your priorities and shortlist options. Detailed eligibility, taxation, healthcare and property decisions need current country-specific research and the appropriate local professional.

Bitcoin and mining

18How long does it take for a miner to repay its cost?

There is no fixed payback date. Model Bitcoin revenue, network difficulty, power, fees, downtime and repair costs under several scenarios. A favourable forecast is not a guaranteed return.

19How are mining payouts and performance monitored?

Confirm the wallet, pool, payout threshold and dashboard access with the provider. Reconcile credited Bitcoin with machine-level performance and invoices; a dashboard screenshot alone does not prove ownership or profitability.

20What proves ownership and removal rights for mining equipment?

Request the machine identifiers, purchase invoice, ownership terms and hosting contract. Confirm how equipment can be collected or transferred, and who pays transport or outstanding charges if the relationship ends.

21What happens if a miner breaks down?

Ask who diagnoses faults, who authorises repairs, what warranty applies and how downtime is billed. Physical lifespan and economic usefulness differ: changing energy prices or network competition can make working equipment uneconomic.

22Do mining providers offer the same coins and countries?

No. Epic’s reviewed homepage focuses on Bitcoin. Hashlabs lists different machine types and hosting locations. Compare the specific machine, site and contract rather than treating every listed option as interchangeable.

23Can I mine at home instead of using hosting?

Compare electricity, electrical capacity, ventilation, heat, noise, local rules and your technical ability. Hosting also has counterparty and contract risks. Evaluate the complete cost of both options before purchasing equipment.

Working with Ties

24Can AI or freelancing give me guaranteed remote income?

No. Start with a useful skill, a defined customer problem and a small offer you can test. AI can support delivery, but finding customers, quality control and reliable fulfilment still matter.

25Do I have to complete the expanded call questions?

No. A strategy-call enquiry can stay short. Open the optional preparation section if you want to add context. More detailed audit and travel questions help plan the work, but further clarification may still be needed.

26Are partner offers automatically services provided by Ties?

No. The partnership library distinguishes provider information from Ties’s own scope. Confirm who contracts with you, performs each task, receives payment and handles complaints before committing.

Prices and agreements

27Does selecting Bitcoin or another currency mean I can pay that way?

The selector changes indicative price display. The agreed proposal confirms the actual payment method and invoicing currency. Conversions are estimates; an unavailable rate keeps the base price visible.

28Can I pay in Bitcoin?

Ask for the methods accepted for your particular service. Before sending, agree the asset, network, address, amount, fees and refund terms in the written payment request. No unverified receiving address is published here.

29Are there published prices on this site?

Yes. Individual service details show the defined EUR fee and indicative conversions in your selected currency. Overview cards let you explore the offer first. For focused projects and community memberships, open the price details to see the fee. Your written proposal confirms scope, currency, applicable tax and exclusions before you decide. Budget questions concern your guidance preference, not your wealth. Official and third-party costs are separate.

30Does changing the display currency change my invoice or membership payment?

The currency selector displays indicative conversions of EUR base fees. Your written proposal or payment request confirms the actual amount, payment currency, applicable tax and payment arrangements. A displayed crypto equivalent does not establish an accepted network or payment address. Community access is assigned after the agreed terms and payment are confirmed; the membership controls do not create an automatic debit.

31What am I paying Ties for?

Your proposal identifies my preparation, time, written deliverables or agreed practical coordination. Provider fees, accommodation, transport and official charges are listed separately unless expressly included. Ask for a focused scope if that is all you need.

32Could a recommendation involve a referral payment?

A provider introduction may involve a referral fee or commission. Ask about the arrangement before choosing: any applicable commercial relationship, provider charges and available referral discount should be disclosed in your proposal. No discount is assumed until confirmed.

33Will I receive a final trip price immediately?

Not always. Price can depend on duration, group size, transport, accommodation, itinerary, and guidance. You will receive a proposal listing the agreed elements and costs.

34Does an enquiry create a contract or payment obligation?

No. An enquiry is an initial request for contact. Ties will review whether the request fits the guidance offered. You decide whether to proceed after receiving a clear proposal with scope, price, and terms.

35How is the price of guidance determined?

The price reflects the agreed scope, preparation, duration, and any involvement of external professionals. The proposal sets out the price and terms in advance.

36When can I book a call?

A call is requested and reviewed first. If Ties accepts the request, you will receive the next steps for scheduling and any payment.

37How can I pay?

Available payment methods and the payment reference are listed in your proposal or payment request. Use only the details provided for your case.

38I uploaded proof of payment. Can we start now?

An uploaded receipt does not automatically confirm payment. The status remains under review until receipt is verified; the agreed next step then appears in your portal.

Travel and housing

39Can we include energy, water and food resilience in a relocation plan?

Yes. We can organise your requirements, compare locations and prepare questions for local providers within an agreed planning scope. Site investigations, system design, installation and permissions belong with the responsible qualified specialists.

40What should I share about an off-grid project?

Start with the type of place you are exploring, who it should support, your priorities and the decision ahead. A broad budget preference is enough initially. Keep exact property records and confidential financial documents out of the public enquiry.

41Can I inspect apartments or land on an immersion trip?

If agreed and available, visits can form part of the programme. A viewing does not include title verification, a structural survey or a valuation unless separately arranged with the responsible qualified provider.

42Is there an existing Utopia ecovillage I can buy into?

No completed development or investment offering is represented here. Community and off-grid ideas are future interests and concepts, with legal and technical work still to do.

Paraguay essentials

43What should I check before choosing a Paraguay neighbourhood?

Compare an ordinary week: work connection, transport, groceries, healthcare access, noise, heat, language and the people you want nearby. Visit at different times if possible. A holiday impression and a suitable long-term home are different things.

44Can housing and a residency application be planned separately?

Yes. Separate short-term accommodation, any long-term rental decision and immigration appointments. Confirm the address evidence required for your route before relying on a temporary booking. An introduction is not a checked tenancy contract.

45Which documents should I investigate before travelling?

For the general Paraguay temporary-residence route, the official checklist includes identity and entry evidence, birth/civil-status records where applicable, background documents and relevant legalisation or translation. Your circumstances can change what is required; use the full current authority checklist.

46Is a residence card the same document as a cedula?

No. Immigration status is handled by Migraciones; the identity-card process is a separate step with the responsible identity authority. The temporary-residence page describes access to a cedula with the residence period. Confirm the applicable process before booking appointments.

47Does my passport change the route available to me?

It can. Nationality, your present status, family connections and the purpose of your stay can affect the immigration category. Compare the actual route for your circumstances rather than choosing from someone else’s successful application.

48Does submitting the file mean I have been approved?

No. Receiving a file and deciding an application are different stages. The Paraguay authority states that acceptance of documentation does not itself mean the requested residence will be granted.

49Can I keep travelling after obtaining residence?

Check the conditions of your specific status, including entry, absence, renewal and change-of-category obligations. Do not assume that a residence card lets you remain away indefinitely, or that immigration status alone settles tax residence.

50What makes Paraguay interesting to you personally?

It is my base for exploring a life with more room for independence, outdoors and relationships while continuing to travel. That is a personal fit, not a claim that Paraguay is the best country for everyone.

51Should I move before visiting?

A visit can help you compare your expectations with an ordinary week: neighbourhoods, transport, work, language and friendships. You can request immersion separately from a move or residence process.

52Does a cédula make me a tax resident?

Do not assume so. Immigration status, identity documentation and tax residence require separate consideration. Read the residency article and arrange a case-specific tax review.

53Is permanent residence the same as citizenship?

No. A permanent residence status does not itself make you a citizen or entitle you to a Paraguayan passport. Confirm the separate applicable requirements with the authorities.

54How long does the residence process take?

Plan distinct preparation, submission, decision and identity-card stages. Availability, your documents and the authority affect timing. No fixed approval time is promised on this site.

55Can you get me a firearm licence?

No licence or approval is guaranteed. Start with the official current law and a qualified local professional. Residence status, possession and carrying are separate questions.

56Does Paraguayan immigration residence automatically establish my tax position?

Do not assume it does. Immigration status, a cédula, tax registration, tax residence and how a particular income is treated answer different questions. Review your actual circumstances and the current rules with a qualified tax adviser. See the Paraguay tax-residency guide.

Housing and community

57What should a housing or land introduction include?

Start with your location, intended use, budget preference and questions. Before committing, arrange current availability, written costs, title/legal checks and confirmation of utilities with the responsible professionals. A photograph is not evidence of ownership or buildability.

Life strategy

58Is the guidance only about Paraguay?

No. Life direction, work and travel routines, international options, practical independence, technology and financial-resilience questions can be discussed. Paraguay is my base and one practical area of support, not the limit of every conversation.

59Do you help with relationships and confidence?

These can be part of a life-strategy conversation about priorities, communication and everyday habits. It is not psychotherapy or a guarantee of a relationship outcome.

60Can we discuss more than Paraguay?

Yes. You can bring questions about life direction, international mobility, work, routines, financial resilience, Bitcoin, gold and geopolitics. We agree a realistic scope and identify where regulated advice is needed.

61What does a life strategy conversation actually cover?

Choose a concrete decision: where to base yourself, what to prioritise or how to order several changes. We map goals, constraints, alternatives and next actions. Medical care, portfolio recommendations and legal opinions are separate professional services.

Technology and perspective

62Can we discuss AI and future trends?

Yes. Bring a decision about work, learning or tools. We can organise scenarios, opportunities and unanswered questions. Forecasts are uncertain; no prediction is sold as guaranteed knowledge.

Health and everyday life

63Do you offer biohacking or looks advice?

You can discuss goals, routines, confidence and research questions. This is not medical treatment, a prescribed supplement protocol or a promised appearance transformation. Agree the practical scope first.

Personal perspective

64Can spirituality or religion be part of a conversation?

Yes, if it is relevant to the life you want to build. Personal beliefs and interpretations are kept distinct from verified facts, and you do not have to share my worldview.

65Does cannabis interest mean you offer a cannabis service?

No. Personal interest in cannabis culture is not a supply service, medical advice or a statement that possession or use is legal where you travel.

Privacy and data

66Can I enquire under an alias?

Yes. Use a name or alias and an email address you can receive replies at, including a pseudonymous address. Phone, nationality and wealth details are not required for the first enquiry. This is not a guarantee of technical anonymity; account, payment and legal processes may later require verified identity.

67Do I have to share my income or assets?

No. Financial and personal details are optional. Leave a field blank or say you would rather discuss it later. If this information becomes necessary for an agreed assignment, you will first be told why and how to share it appropriately.

68Can I change or withdraw my enquiry?

Yes. Contact Ties through the email address or channel used in the response and include your reference if available.

69How is my information stored?

Submitted enquiries are stored in the website case system so they can be reviewed and followed up. Only share information needed for your question.

70Can I send confidential documents through the form?

Please do not. The public form is for basic contact details and a short description. If documents are needed, Ties will agree a suitable secure route first.

71Can I discuss my plans privately instead of through a detailed online form?

Yes. Use the initial enquiry to request a preferred communication channel, such as Signal, and share only the minimum contact information needed. We agree how to exchange further details. No communication method provides absolute privacy.

72Do calls have to be recorded or processed with AI?

No. Tell me if you prefer no recording or AI transcription. Any recording and processing must be agreed before the conversation, including purpose and handling. We can choose a written summary without recording instead.

Banking and Bitcoin

73Will a bank accept my cédula?

The bank decides whether your documents and circumstances meet its own requirements. Ask about identity, address, income evidence and account eligibility before relying on an account.

74Can a new document bypass exchange KYC?

No. Give accurate information about identity and residence and check the applicable platform terms. A new ID does not override restricted-jurisdiction rules.

International planning

75Can a Wyoming LLC remove all my tax obligations?

No such outcome is promised. Entity classification, reporting, your actual work and residence-country rules need professional review. Read the structures article before treating formation as a complete solution.

76Can we compare Panama or neighbouring countries?

Yes, as an orientation exercise. Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, Brazil, Argentina, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Panama can be researched against your own priorities. Routes and tax consequences must be verified for each jurisdiction.

77What does a Paraguayan tax-residence certificate confirm?

DNIT describes a certificate for a specified period or fiscal year. It is evidence issued under Paraguayan procedure; it does not by itself decide how another country treats you or prove that every income category has the same result. Ask about the period, purpose and supporting records required.

78If my clients pay from abroad, is my work automatically foreign-source?

The payer’s location and the bank account receiving money do not answer every source question. DNIT has published a case-specific ruling that distinguishes work performed abroad from work performed from Paraguay, with separate considerations for IRP and VAT. The outcome depends on facts and applicable rules.

Travel

79Can I travel with Ties outside Paraguay?

Yes, you can enquire about travel planning or agreed accompaniment. Bolivia, Terceira and São Miguel, Cyprus, Chalkidiki, Curaçao, Amsterdam and Koh Tao are starting points. Dates, provider availability, responsibilities and costs are confirmed before booking.

80Can we plan a Bolivia motorcycle journey?

Yes. Discuss your riding experience, available days, proposed route and transport. Santa Cruz and Samaipata can be combined with selected highland destinations. A complete route is tailored to your time; rental, licence, insurance, conditions and rest days need review.

81Can you accompany me while I learn Open Water diving?

We can discuss a trip around a qualified dive centre in Koh Tao or Curaçao. The instructor and centre teach and certify the course. Ties holds a PADI Divemaster qualification; any professional assistance depends on the centre agreeing the role and confirming applicable requirements. Course fees, equipment and travel are separately specified.

82What can a Paraguay experience include?

Depending on the agreed programme, ask about city life, property visits, an SUV route, Cerro Tres Kandú, a Cessna experience or a supervised range visit. The responsible local operator, eligibility, availability and separate costs are confirmed before an activity is booked.

83Can I join a trip without planning to move abroad?

Yes. An immersion or accompanied trip can be about exploring, learning or enjoying time somewhere, without a relocation commitment. Tell me your destination, dates, travel companions, pace and main interests. We first agree what you want from the visit, which days are accompanied and what you arrange independently. A written itinerary is also possible before deciding whether to travel together.

84Can Paraguay and Bolivia be part of the same journey?

We can discuss a combined trip, or give each country its own visit. Start with your available days and the questions you want each place to answer. Travel between destinations, accommodation, independent activities and my agreed accompaniment are specified separately. A long list of cities is not automatically a practical route. The final proposal confirms the sequence and availability.

85Do you arrange a motorcycle rental automatically?

No rental is included simply because you request a motorcycle itinerary. We establish the rider, vehicle provider, licence requirements, permitted use, insurance, deposits and responsibilities for the actual journey. You can ask for a route brief, accompanied travel or a journey by another vehicle. Confirm the agreement with the rental provider before relying on a bike being available.

86Can a Paraguay immersion include restaurants, waterfalls and property visits?

Yes, those interests can shape your programme. Tell me which experiences matter most: ordinary Asunción life, restaurants and parrilla, nature, waterfalls, walking, housing or land scouting, or a wider car or SUV route. We balance accompanied time with free time and practical travel distances. Property visits are exploration; legal title checks, valuations and technical inspections require their own professionals.

87Are flying and sport shooting included in every Paraguay trip?

They are optional experiences to discuss with a suitable operator, not automatic inclusions. A Cessna experience depends on the operator, weather, passenger requirements and availability. Sport shooting is discussed with a suitable supervised range and its eligibility and safety requirements. Confirm the separate price and arrangements before booking. Neither experience promises a licence or permission to own a firearm.

88Can I start with planning and book accompaniment later?

Yes. A written itinerary or focused conversation can stand alone. You can decide later whether accompanied days would help; availability and the additional scope must then be confirmed. Planning does not reserve transport, accommodation, activities or my travel dates. Your proposal states what you receive now and which later arrangements remain separate.

89Must I book everything through you?

No. You can request planning or selected accompanied days and make other arrangements yourself. We agree who books, pays and is responsible for each part before confirming the work.

90Can I request a trip to Paraguay on its own?

Yes. A tailored trip can be requested independently of a move or residency process.

91How long can my trip be?

You can indicate your preferred dates or duration. The form does not impose a fixed trip length. We will review practical feasibility and availability afterwards.

92What should I include in a travel enquiry?

A general period or duration, the number of travellers if known, and what you want to experience or explore are enough. You do not need to provide ticket details, passport numbers, or sensitive personal information.

93Does a travel enquiry count as a booking?

No. You will first receive a review and proposal. A booking is made only after scope, price, availability, terms, and the required confirmation have been agreed.

94Can I combine a Paraguay and Bolivia immersion?

Yes, you can enquire about a combined visit. We first agree what you want to learn in each place, your available time, route and practical arrangements. Separate border, entry and travel requirements need checking before bookings.

95Can we travel together outside Paraguay?

Ask about destinations I know, including Bolivia, the Azores, Cyprus, Chalkidiki, Curacao, Amsterdam and Koh Tao. Your enquiry starts a discussion about availability, purpose, route and the support you need; it is not a confirmed departure.

96Can you help me explore a diving course?

I hold a PADI Divemaster qualification. We can discuss travelling to a dive destination and support around your visit. An authorised instructor or dive centre provides the course, assesses requirements and issues certification. My accompaniment and any course are agreed separately.

Portal and support

97Where does Utopia Society live?

The private community is being built inside this website’s client platform, with posts, discussions, knowledge entries, events and webinar or replay links. Active membership is separate from a standard client account. Actual content and event dates must be published; no existing member activity is implied by the software.

98Does community access include private consulting or trips?

Only if explicitly stated in your membership agreement. Individual consultations, travel accompaniment, training, provider charges and property work are separate services. Ask for the current membership offer before paying.

99What does my client portal account include?

An account gives you access to the private workspace assigned to you: your cases, messages, documents, tasks, appointment arrangements and payment requests. It does not automatically purchase consulting, a trip or community membership. The administrator assigns your case and agreed access. Keep private case material in that workspace rather than putting it in community discussions.

100How are discussions and learning resources handled in Utopia Society?

Active members can submit discussions for owner review. You can see your own pending submission; other members see it after publication. Published knowledge entries can be marked completed or unread, with that progress stored privately for your account. The platform also supports events, calendar downloads, comments and webinar or replay links. Actual resources and dates depend on what is published; the software itself is not evidence of a populated course library.

101Does an event RSVP reserve a paid place or send a reminder?

An RSVP records your intention to attend. It is not a paid booking, a guarantee of capacity or a promise of automatic reminder emails. Administrators can review attendance intentions; members see their own choice. Add a scheduled event to your calendar and check its published instructions. Separate payment or provider reservations need their own confirmation.

102What should I do if my account setup email does not arrive?

Check spam and search for the Ties Jezuit message, then confirm that you entered the intended email address. An accepted setup request is not proof of inbox delivery. Contact [email protected] with the address and approximate request time, without sending a password or verification token. Use the setup or recovery link to choose your password yourself; entering an owner email does not grant administrator access.

103Can I have a member profile without sharing my email?

Yes. Active members can edit their own short biography, broad location and interests. Directory listing is optional. The directory shows the name and details you choose to list to other active members; it does not show your email or private client case. Leave your exact address and sensitive documents out of the profile.

104How do courses and lesson progress work inside this website?

Published knowledge entries can be organised into named courses and modules with ordered lessons. The course index shows your own completed lesson count, and each lesson can be marked completed or unread. Access follows your active membership. Course material must actually be published by Ties; membership does not promise an unstated number of lessons or a professional qualification.

105Where can I find my messages and documents?

If you have a client account, sign in to the secure portal. Create an account and verify your email to activate access. Do not send sensitive documents through public social channels.

106What if my request is outside the guidance offered?

Ties will explain this during the review and, where possible, clarify which type of qualified provider may be relevant. A referral is not a guarantee of availability or outcome.

107Where should I report a technical issue, payment question, or complaint?

Use the contact form and choose the relevant topic. Include your case reference if you have one, but do not include passwords or full payment details.

108How quickly will I receive a response?

Response times can vary with availability and the nature of the request. You will receive an acknowledgement when the enquiry is successfully submitted.

Calls and audits

109How do I prepare without sharing my whole personal file?

Start with the decision, preferred country and a short description of the help you want. Do not send passwords, bank credentials or identity documents in the initial enquiry. We can discuss your preferred contact channel and which details are actually needed. Recording, transcription and external AI processing are optional and need prior agreement. The free private conversation checklist helps you prepare your questions yourself.

110Can I request a call if I am not sure what I need yet?

Yes. Choose a strategy call and describe what is on your mind in one or two sentences. You do not need a complete plan, documents, or figures.

111What happens in a one-to-one call?

We discuss your main question, what you already know and the decision ahead. Afterwards you receive a short written summary and prioritised to-do list. A fuller report can be added by agreement. Scope, price, timing and terms are confirmed before payment and scheduling.

112Can I get a written report after the call?

Yes. The call includes a short summary and action list. If you want deeper research or a fuller report, request it in your enquiry so its contents, delivery date and any additional price can be agreed beforehand.

113Will a summary tell me what to do next?

It records the main points, decisions, unanswered questions and prioritised actions from the conversation. Where another professional needs to assess a question, that is identified as a next step rather than presented as settled advice.

114How should I prepare for a strategy call?

Share your main question and, if useful, the topic you want to prioritise. You do not need to provide a phone number, income details, asset values, or documents with your enquiry.

115What is the difference between a call and an audit?

A strategy call includes a live conversation, short summary and to-do list. A personal plan goes further into connected decisions, written scenarios and preparation. You can also request an extended report with a call; the proposal confirms its scope and any additional fee.

116What information is needed for an audit?

Start with the question you want answered. Mention relevant countries, businesses, or structures only if needed. Do not enter exact amounts, account numbers, passwords, or identity documents in the public form.

Orientation

117Do I need to have decided to move already?

No. You can begin by exploring your options. An enquiry helps identify which question to answer first.

Guidance and fit

118Can I work with Ties without moving abroad?

Yes. You can request help clarifying your direction, building a portable-work plan or preparing a practical backup while staying where you are. A useful outcome may be a better routine, a focused offer or fewer dependencies, rather than a move.

119Can you help me find work online?

We can review your existing skills, choose a realistic service to offer, prepare a work sample and plan how to approach potential clients. Freelancing and AI tools can support the work; income, employment and customers are not guaranteed.

120Is this only for Dutch people?

No. People from other countries can enquire too. My Dutch background is particularly relevant when discussing a departure from the Netherlands. Your nationality, household and starting country still shape which professionals and official requirements apply.

Residency and specialist support

121Can Ties help with a residency application?

The site offers practical preparation and coordination. If a formal application or specialist legal action is needed, the responsible qualified professional and their scope will be identified in advance.

122Is residency guaranteed?

No. The relevant government authority decides each application. Guidance or document submission does not guarantee approval.

123Does Ties provide legal or tax advice?

Guidance focuses on orientation, preparation, and coordination. Legal, tax, and other specialist questions should be handled by a suitably qualified professional.

124Can Ties arrange a bank account, passport, or local documents?

Ties can help you understand the steps and coordinate with relevant providers. Issuing authorities and providers make their own decisions; no outcome is guaranteed.

125Can property scouting tell me whether land is safe to buy?

A visit helps you understand the location, access and everyday surroundings. It does not establish ownership, boundaries, planning permission or legal suitability. Independent title, survey and professional checks are needed before a purchase.

Couldn’t find your answer?

Send a short description through the form. Ties will review whether an answer, conversation, or another next step fits best.
