FEE & DELIVERABLES

Your scope, in plain terms.

€350preparation package

10% off my service fees when paying with Bitcoin or supported crypto. Bitcoin is preferred. Your payment request confirms the asset, network and final amount. Separate provider costs and network fees are excluded from the discount.

Document-readiness review, a preparation checklist, one 60-minute session and two follow-up email rounds. This is Ties’s preparation fee; representation, official applications and cédula processing are quoted separately by the relevant provider.

Extra people, research, travel or follow-up beyond this scope need a separate quote. A request does not reserve a date or trigger a charge.

EUR base fees. Display conversions are estimates; your proposal confirms the currency, amount, applicable tax and payment terms.

AT A GLANCE

Three separate questions.

  1. Permission to stay

The migration authority assesses the application.

  2. Identity document

The cédula has its own procedure.

  3. Tax position

Your actual circumstances need separate review.

A visual overview, not a promise of approval, availability or a particular outcome.

What we work on. What you receive.

Prepare the right steps

Discuss your nationality, current status, documents already available, previous applications and travel window. Preparation can cover the document checklist, legalisation/translation questions, appointments and coordination with the responsible local professional.

Know what is included

The proposal identifies the stage covered, who handles each step and which official, professional or travel costs are separate. You receive an agreed preparation and progress overview. Authorities decide residence and identity documents; no approval or tax result is promised.

From enquiry to agreed work

Send the service-specific form with your main question and preferred timing. I review the fit and reply with any necessary questions. You then receive a written proposal: work included, output, schedule, price, currency and separate costs. Published fees describe the standard service scope; custom work and separate provider costs are confirmed before you agree.

Payment and starting the service

After you accept the proposal, receive the payment request and agreed method. Bank transfer or cryptocurrency can be discussed; use only receiving details confirmed for your case. The request states the amount, reference, payment date and any deposit or staged-payment agreement. For crypto, confirm the asset, network, amount and fees before sending.

Receipt is verified before the agreed appointment, work or download is confirmed. A payment screenshot is supporting evidence, not automatic approval. Your confirmation states how the service will be delivered and how to ask a follow-up question. Cancellation, changes, refunds and third-party charges are agreed before payment.

THE GUIDANCE IN DETAIL

A residence application step by step

This guidance covers preparation and coordination of your case in Paraguay or Bolivia. Paraguay is my home base and main local offer. For Bolivia, we separately agree the route and work with a suitable local professional. We begin with your nationality, current status, previous visits and timeline. The qualified professional involved checks the current route and required documents.

Who does what?

Ties is your practical point of contact for preparation, planning and local orientation. The legal professional involved handles the formal questions and agreed file work. The competent authorities make the decision. In the proposal we record who represents you, which agreements will receive guidance and where you must be present.

Residence, identity document and tax registration

A right of residence, a cédula, a passport and an RUC registration are different subjects. Ask for each part which procedure is required and who will carry it out. An application for residence does not automatically mean that you become a citizen, receive a passport or no longer owe taxes. Tax consequences are assessed separately.

Do you already have residency?

Then we start with your existing documents and the step that is still open. Perhaps you are looking for help with local integration, planning a follow-up procedure or a consultation with a specialist. You do not have to apply for a complete starting process again. State your current status, relevant dates and your specific question; only share documents via the agreed secure channel.

Disentangling costs and advance planning

Ask for a breakdown of guidance, third party work, official costs, translations and any travel or accommodation costs. Progress also depends on documents, availability and assessment by authorities. A planned trip and a completed procedure are therefore not interchangeable promises.

Prepare the dossier around your actual situation

Residency preparation begins with the person applying. Nationality, family circumstances, existing status and the purpose of the application can affect the route and required documents. Before travel, the practical task is to establish the applicable checklist, identify what you must obtain yourself and confirm the role of the local professional handling the dossier.

Keep three stages distinct: preparing documents, attending the required steps and waiting for the authority’s decision. A short visit to submit a dossier is not the same as receiving an approved status. Appointment availability, document corrections and official processing can affect the planning. The competent authority decides the outcome.

Residency, identity documentation, tax registration and banking are different matters. Where a later step needs an accountant, bank or legal assessment, it should have its own scope and requirements. We agree what coordination is included, which costs are separate and how updates will be communicated. Existing residents can also ask about a specific remaining step.
